This Large Natural Iberian Pork Sausage is made from lean Iberian pork meat from Iberian Pigs raised in freedom on the “Dehesa de Extremadura” (the oak forests of Extremadura).
Its texture, very tender and very soft, is a perfect blend of creaminess, juiciness and distinguished tenderness. The initial burst of the flavour is voluptuous until it caresses the palate in a subtle and complete manner that encourages its continuance. It is seasoned with natural paprika which gives it a bright red, marble colour.
Cured for a minimum of 5-6 months following the traditional artisanal way.
Ingredients: lean Iberian pork meat, paprika, salt and garlic stuffed in natural intestine.

When you receive our package we recommend after opening it to let it breathe for about 15 minutes so it can recover its original oily texture and aroma.
