This Spicy Iberian Chorizo Herradura (shaped like a horseshoe) is from Iberian pigs raised in freedom on the “Dehesa de Extremadura” (the oak forests of Extremadura) and are fed on the best pastures with grass, roots and herbs.
The Chorizo Picante Herradura Ibérico is cured for a minimum of 5 to 6 months.
Made with fine spices. Its intense flavour and juiciness reflects the perfect balance between the structure of the meat and the right point of spicy paprika, allowing an excellent continuity in the mouth that saturates the senses gently, leaving behind a sensation of spiciness that is difficult to imitate.
