Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Choose an Iberian product, click on: Add to Cart, click on: Proceed to checkout. Here you will be asked to provide a few details that will enable us to complete your order. At the end of your order you will receive a confirmation email (to the email address that you indicate in your application).
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, direct bank transfer, Discover, Aurora or American Express.
In case you want to pay with a credit card (Visa/Mastercard), and do not have a PayPal account, you can pay as a guest via PayPal. For this there is no extra fee that will be charged. How to pay with a Visa or Mastercard: Select ‘PayPal or Creditcard’ as a payment method and click: Place order. This opens the PayPal window. At the “bottom right” on this window click: “If you do not have a PayPal account?“. Now the credit card window appears, select your card, enter your card number, expire date and the security code (the three digit number on the back of your card). In this window it is also possible to pay with Discover, Aurora or American Express. Secure payments: PayPal meets international PCI DSS standards. Payment by cash or check is not possible.
All our prices are in euros. We accept all types of currencies. Through payment via our direct bank transfer the conversion is done by our bank. Through payments by PayPal or credit card (via PayPal), the conversion will be done through PayPal and no additional fee will be charged.
VAT (value added tax) is included in all prices and the total price.
The shipping costs are not included in the price and is visible before you complete your purchase. On the Cart page, after you have added a product, at: Calculate shipping. The delivery takes between 3-7 business days. All our Iberian products are hand delivered to the address you specify in your request. If nobody is present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note and come back the next day. If again no one is present at the second attempt it will be tried a third time. If the third attempt fails, the product will be returned.
If you are interested in online tracking, send us your email address to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the tracking number.

Condition of Goods
If the goods received are not in good condition or if the delivery is incomplete, you must report this upon delivery in the delivery note. Request a copy of the invoice and let us know right away so we can resolve the problem.
Time Limit Expired
If you or the recipient does not receive the order within the specified time limit, please contact us.

All your personal information like your name, address, email address, phone number, mobile phone number, payment details and any other information will never (of course) be shared.
